1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • Singapore (domestic orders)

  • International – Selected countries. Shipping fees and delivery times vary by destination.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Singapore: 2–4 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, courier delays, or unforeseen events.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight of the order.

  • Free shipping promotions (if applicable) will be indicated on the product or checkout page.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country.

  • These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

7. Delays & Lost Packages

  • ArialabRX is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or events beyond our control.

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at support@ariabioscience.com so we can assist with a claim.

8. Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.
