2. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or third-party platforms.
- Clearance or promotional items marked as “Final Sale”.
4. Return Process
To request a return:
- Email us at support@arialabrx.com with your order number, reason for return, and photo(s) of the product.
- Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defective product).
5. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
- Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@arialabrx.com with your order number and clear photos.
- We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
7. Exchanges
